2 meals per day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. This meal plan is perfect for getting ready for a holiday or event, or just if you want to kickstart and trim up a little.
All of our meals are calorie counted and macros counted to give you the ability to track your food and stay on plan.
You will receive 10 meals of your choice from each of our 6 tasty, healthy, menus.
Delivery or collection is spread across the 6 weeks, meaning you will receive 10 meals each week.
Deliveries are on Sundays and Wednesdays. If you would like to receive all 10 meals on the Sunday please state this in the notes in the checkout.
